Outstanding Student Organization Program: No Parking Players: Detour Improv Comedy Festival
From 2017-2018, I was President of Carnegie Mellon University’s Improv Comedy Troupe “The No Parking Players”. On March 2nd and 3rd, the troupe put on the first ever CMU improvisational comedy festival. With 13 performances over two days, professional workshops offered to CMU students, and possible opportunities for non performance group students to perform, this festival provided an opportunity for Carnegie Mellon students to experience the best of improv, whilst connecting with alumni.
